Refund Policy

Starter wording you can edit before going live.

Digital kit purchases are normally non-refundable once delivered or claimed.
If a kit was not delivered, open a Missing Kit or Payment Issue support ticket.
Duplicate purchases or clear payment errors can be reviewed manually by admin.
Chargebacks may result in account suspension until the issue is resolved.
Server bans caused by rule breaches do not automatically qualify for a refund.
